Bothers us (rent-ng ) sometimes that we (employees) get paid by the months but have to pay for rent per year.
Has anyone asked why ?
Without bothering or complaining further. . . i invite you reading this write up to dream with us.
Cos some day we'll change that (we @ rent-ng).
If we don't someONe else wud...still good enough for us.
Fairness is a good mix we shouldn't miss in life & currently the property industry lacks that.

Interesting idea, however it might stir up many arguments. albeit the housing mkt is different in nigeria as owing to the fact that demand for housing outstrips the supply of houses that puts those on the supply side at advantage. thus rather than the consumer as king its the reverse, until this anomaly is corrected the idea of paying by the month will be tough to sell.
